goods用法說明

1. 表示“商品”“貨物”，只有復數形式；用作主語，謂語也要用復數。如：

Half his goods were stolen. 他有一半貨物被盜。

These goods belong to Mr Smith. 這些貨是史密斯先生的。

有時直接用于名詞前作定語。如：

A goods train carries goods. 貨運列車是運載貨物的。

2. 可以與 these, those, many, few 等連用，但不與數詞連用，也不用表示數量的much或little修飾。如：

These goods are priced too high. 這些貨物定價過高。

We never used to import so many goods. 我們過去從來沒有進口過這么多貨物。

Fewer goods have been bought from us. 自從提價以后，我們失去了許多顧客的生意。

要具體地表示貨物的件數，可借助piece。如：

two (three, four) pieces of goods 2件（3件、4件）貨

3. 漢語說“贓物”，說成英語是stolen goods。如：

He was still carrying the stolen goods when he was caught. 抓住他的時候他身上還帶著贓物。
