如何用英語表示A > B

對于A > B類意思，通常可用“比較級 + than + 比較對象”句型表示。如：

Your half is bigger than mine. 你的一半比我的一半大。

I can throw the ball farther than you can. 我可以把球扔得比你更遠。

He did far better than I had expected. 他比我預(yù)期的干得好得多。

但是，使用時還要注意以下兩點：

1. 若A > B，且B包含A，注意要用other來將A排除在外，即用“比較級 + than + any other + 名詞單數(shù)” 句型。如：

Swallows fly faster than any other bird. 燕子飛得比其他鳥要快。

Tom is taller than any other boy in his class. 湯姆比他班上的任何其他男孩都高。

He is older than any of the other boys in his class. 他比他班上任何同學(xué)年紀(jì)都大。

Tom is taller than all the other boys in his class. 湯姆比他班上的所有其他男孩都高。

I came three hours earlier than the others. 我比其他人早來3小時。

He is cleverer than the other students in his class. 他比班上其他學(xué)生聰明。

She sings better than anyone else in her class. 她在班里唱得最好。

2. 若A > B，但B不包含A，則可用“比較級 + than + any + 名詞單數(shù)” 句型。如：

I’m taller than any student of your class. 我比你們班的任何學(xué)生都高。

也可使用“比較級 + than + any of…”結(jié)構(gòu)。如：

He is richer than any of the people here. 他比這兒的任何人都有錢。

I know him better than any of you. 我比你們誰都更了解他。
