key之后不可以接of 嗎？

■賴世雄編著《英文實(shí)用解析詞匯》(下)(清華大學(xué)出版社 1997年12月第1版) p1：　　

the key of the room (×)　　

從以上可知，賴世雄先生認(rèn)為key 作“鑰匙”講，其后不可以接of。然而事實(shí)卻是key之后不僅可以接to，也可以接of。這一論點(diǎn)在中外語法專著中都可以找到論證。

2. 楊民生主編《英語語法正誤詞典》(湖北教育出版社 1996年3月第1版)p599: key 1)作“鑰匙”講時可與to或 of連用。
