Alcohol should be consumed in moderation, and this is particularly true for pregnant women. 飲酒應(yīng)有節(jié)制，對(duì)于孕婦來(lái)說(shuō)，更應(yīng)如此。　　

另外，注意The same is true of...這一固定句式，其意為“也適合于”“……也屬同樣情況”。如：　　

The food is good and the same is true of the service. 吃的東西很好，服務(wù)質(zhì)量也不錯(cuò)。　　

The same is true of the way of living of the Japanese. 日本人的生活方式也是這樣。

I’m weary of your preaching. 你的說(shuō)教令我厭煩。　　

The people are growing weary of the war. 人民對(duì)這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越厭倦了。　　

▲be worthy of 足以獲得；值得……的：配得上(www.hz123456.com)　　

The scheme is worthy of our support. 那個(gè)計(jì)劃值得我們支持。　　

His deed is worthy of praise. 他的行為值得稱贊。　　

The book is well worthy of his reputation. 這本書完全配得上他的名聲。
