pound的用法與可數(shù)性及復(fù)數(shù)形式

1. 用作重量單位，表示“磅”，可用單數(shù)形式表示復(fù)數(shù)（尤其是其后接有數(shù)詞時(shí)）。如：

Two pound(s) of apples, please. 我要兩磅蘋果。

表示“按磅出售”，用 by the pound。如：

Tea is sold by the pound. 茶葉按磅出售。

2. 用作貨幣單位，表示“鎊”“英鎊”，其復(fù)數(shù)一般要加-s，是如果其后接有數(shù)詞時(shí)，其復(fù)數(shù)也可以不加詞尾-s。如：

The ticket costs only two pound(s) fifty. 票價(jià)只兩鎊半。

She paid two pounds or perhaps two pound(s) ten. 她付了2英鎊或許2英鎊10便士。
