定冠詞用于“整十”的復數數詞前

英語中的定冠詞若用于表示“整十”（如twenty, thirty, forty等）的復數數詞前，它有以下兩個用法：

1. 表示世紀中的年代，此時通常與冠詞連用。如：

She was born in the fifties. 她生于50年代。

He was a superstar of the fifties. 他是一位50年代的超級明星。
