enjoy oneself中的反身代詞能否省略

固定搭配 enjoy oneself 的意思是“玩得高興”“過得愉快”，由于 enjoy 通常只用作及物動詞，所以其后的反身代詞不可以省略。如：

I enjoyed myself at the party. 這次聚會我很快活。

I haven’t enjoyed myself so much for a long time. 我很久沒有這么快活了。

Time goes by quickly when you’re enjoying yourself. 一個人過得快活時，時光就過得快。

I’ve been slaving away all day while you’ve been out enjoying yourself. 我一整天都在拼命地干活，而你卻在外面痛快玩樂。

如果要表示做某事很開心或很高興，則用 enjoy oneself doing sth 這樣的結構。如：

The children enjoyed themselves playing in the water. 孩子們在水中玩得很高興。

與 enjoy oneself 同義的短語是 have a good time，其意也是“玩得高興”“過得愉快”。其中的 good 有時也可以換成nice, fine, pleasant, wonderful等詞，另外其中的 time也可根據情況改用day, evening 等。如：

We had a nice time at the party. 我們在晚會上很快活。

若在其后接用動詞，習慣上用(in) doing sth。如：

We had a good time (in) playing tennis. 我們打網球打得很開心。
