91. 你應(yīng)該要更注意你的發(fā)音。

誤：You should notice our pronunciation more.

正：You should pay more attention to your pronunciation.

析：此處的“注意”應(yīng)用 pay attention to 來表達(dá)，notice 主要指通過感覺器官注意到的。

92. 我們搭起帳篷，開始生火做飯。

誤：We put up the tent, and set fire to cook.

正：We put up the tent, and made a fire to cook.

析：set fire，其意為“放火燒了……”，與“生火”意義相去甚遠(yuǎn)。

93. 小孩喜歡像糖果和玩具之類的東西。

誤：Children like such things like candy and toys.

正：Children like such things as candy and toys.

析：such... as 是固定搭配，不要受漢語影響將 as 換成like之類的詞。

94. 在我的故鄉(xiāng)，每年這個(gè)時(shí)候農(nóng)夫都忙著割稻。

誤：In my home country farmers are busy to harvest rice at this time of the year.

正：In my home country farmers are busy harvesting rice at this time of the year.

析：表示“忙于做某事”，be busy 后習(xí)慣上與動(dòng)詞的-ing形式搭配，不能搭配不定式。

95. 當(dāng)招待員問他是否再要些咖啡時(shí)，他點(diǎn)頭表示要。

誤：When the waiter asked if did he want more coffee, he nodded Yes.

正：When the waiter asked if he wanted more coffee, he nodded Yes.

析：句中 if 引導(dǎo)的是賓語從句，要用陳述句語序，不能用疑問句語序。

96. 給來賓準(zhǔn)備了豐富的食物和飲料。

正：The visitors were plentifully supplied with food and drink.

析：漢語常說“飲食”，即先說“飲”，后說“食”，但在英語習(xí)慣中恰恰相反，即總是說 food and drink，而不說 drink and food。

析：由于同學(xué)們平時(shí)見到be surprised 這類表達(dá)比較多，所以在頭腦中就形成了思維定勢(shì)，誤認(rèn)為 surprised 總是要與系動(dòng)詞 be 連用。其實(shí)，此句中的 surprised 是動(dòng)詞，不是形容詞（注意它后面跟有賓語me）。

98. 這是我最喜歡的歌曲之一。

誤：This is one of my most favorite songs.

析：favorite 用作形容詞時(shí)，表示“最喜歡的”，因本身已含有“最”這樣的意思，因此它不與 most 連用，以免語義重復(fù)。

誤：He abandoned his wife and goes away with all their money.

正：He abandoned his wife and went away with all their money.

析：此處and連接的是兩個(gè)并列謂語，兩個(gè)動(dòng)作發(fā)現(xiàn)的時(shí)間都在過去，應(yīng)該用一般過去時(shí)。

析：key 用于比喻義，表示“答案”“秘訣”“關(guān)鍵”“圖解”“圖表”等義時(shí)，其后通常要用介詞to(而不用of)來表示“……的”的意思。又如：key to one’s success(某人成功的秘訣)，key to the exercises(練習(xí)答案)等。注：key若用于本義，表示“鑰匙”時(shí)，則其后可用介詞 to 或of，如the key to [of] the door (開門的鑰匙)。
