no修飾形容詞或副詞的用法

■當no用作副詞意為not…at all時，可與比較級的形容詞和副詞搭配使用。如：

—Is he any better this morning? 他今早好一些了嗎?

—No, he’s no better. 沒有，比以前沒有好多少。

一Your dress is dirty. 你的衣裳臟了。

一It’s no worse than Jane’s. 并不比珍妮的臟。

Her French was no better than mine. 她的法語比我好不了多少。

She was no better the next day. 第二天她未見好轉。

有些已構成習語，如no longer, no sooner等。如：
