■如果發(fā)明物不是整個被發(fā)明的一類事物，而只是某類事物中的一個“個例”，則可用不定冠詞或其他語法形式。如：
He invented an improved form of the steam engine. 他發(fā)明了改良型蒸汽機。
He invented a machine capable of sending off signals. 他發(fā)明了一種能發(fā)送信號的機器。
