同意你的看法，most of them 后應有動詞 are。因為most of them前面是破折號，所以這就說明most of them...應該是一個句子，所以其中的 are 不宜省略。

英語中承前省略動詞be的情況比較多，但通常見于并列句，如下面兩句中括號內的動詞be可以省略：
The scenery was beautiful, and the acting (was) superb. 布景很漂亮，演出也很出色。
On one side of the window is a mirror, and on the other (is) a painting. 窗戶的一邊是一面鏡子，另一邊是一幅畫。
但在用破折號連接的兩個句子中，后面一個句子也省略動詞be的情況比較少見。
