這是個很有意思的問題。查了些語法專著，沒查到相關說明。根據個人的看法，有以下兩種分析，供參考：　　

一是將其中的 that 分析為同位語從句，用以說明名詞 agreement 的具體內容。　　

二是將其中的 that 分析為賓語從句，即be in agreement相當于動詞 agree，即：We are in agreement that most people think burnt food is bad for us.= We agree that most people think burnt food is bad for us.　　

注意，不能將其中的that 分析為定語從句，因為這個that并未在從句中充當句子成分。
