■英語很少說 over radio，但經�？梢姷� on radio（尤其用于 on radio and television），如：　　

The most interesting thing on radio and television last weekend, without any doubt, was the tennis championships 毫無疑問，上周末，收音機和電視里最有趣的事就是網球冠軍賽。　

但也不是說英美人就一定不說 over radio，如下面這句說摘自《美國英語學習詞典》：　　

Important news is broadcast instantly over radio and television. 重大新聞會立即在電臺或電視上播送。

■He cut his foot on a piece of broken glass. 中的on 用得沒錯，《劍橋高級英語詞典》對這樣用的介詞 on 是這樣解釋的——它表示“在……上（受傷或碰傷）”�！秳�橋高級英語詞典》對此還舉了兩個例子：　　

I hit my head on the shelf as I was standing up. 我站起來的時候，頭撞在架子上。　　

You'll cut yourself on that knife if you're not careful. 你要是不小心會被那把刀劃傷的。
