■get started 的意思是“開始（做某事），跟 start, begin 的意思差不多。如：　　

I can't wait to get started again. 我迫不及待地想重新開始。　　

I suppose we may as well get started. 我想我們不妨開始吧。　　

As soon as she appears, we can get started. 她一到我們就開始。　　

■ get doing 有兩個(gè)意思：一是表示“繼續(xù)做某事”。如：　　

Get moving, please. (不要停下)請(qǐng)往前走。　　

二是表示“開始做起某事來”。如：　　

Soon I got talking to her. 很快我就同她談起話來了。　　

We got chatting and discovered that we’d been at college together. 我們聊起天來才發(fā)現(xiàn)我們?cè)瓉碓诖髮W(xué)是同學(xué)。　　

■get sb to do sth 表示“做某人做某事”。如：　　

You must get them to come over here. 你必須想法讓他們到這兒來。　　

He couldn’t get the car to start and went by bus. 他因無 法發(fā)動(dòng)車子，所以就乘公共汽車去。　　

■get sb doing sth 表示“使某人(開始……)起來”。如：　　

What he said got us thinking. 他說話使我們思考起來。　　

Can you get the clock going again? 你能讓這鐘重新走起來嗎？
