7. 注意as expected（不出所料）和than expected（比預(yù)料的更）這個(gè)搭配。如：
He returned three days earlier than expected. 他回來的時(shí)間比預(yù)料的要早3天。
The ascent of the mountain is proceeding as expected. 登山正在按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。
8. be (only) to be expected是一個(gè)很有用的表達(dá)，其意為“在預(yù)料當(dāng)中的”“可能發(fā)生的”“相當(dāng)正常的”。如：
His weakness after the illness is only to be expected. 他病后體弱是預(yù)料之中的事。
It is only to be expected your son will leave home eventually. 兒子總歸要離開家的，這種事很難免。
