在It is suggested that...句式中，其中that引導(dǎo)的主語(yǔ)從句通常用“should+動(dòng)詞原形”這樣的虛擬語(yǔ)氣，其中的should在美國(guó)英語(yǔ)中通常省略，句首的it為形式主語(yǔ)。如：

It is suggested that the question should be discussed at the next meeting. 有人建議在下次會(huì)上討論這個(gè)問(wèn)題。
