    ■人們?nèi)ミ@些地方干在這些地方應(yīng)該干的事時(shí)，上述詞語(yǔ)的前面不用定冠詞the。例如:

    We go：

to bed (to sleep or as invalids) 上床睡覺(jué)或（病人）臥床

to church (to pray) 去教堂禱告

to court (as litigants) 上法院打官司

to hospital (as patients) 去醫(yī)院就醫(yī)

to prison (as prisoners) 進(jìn)監(jiān)獄坐牢
