3. follow的用法很多，除表示“跟著”外，還可表示“聽從”、“遵循”、“沿著”、“仿效”、“聽懂”、“明白”等義。如：

Do you follow me? 你能聽懂我的話嗎?

Follow the traffic rules. 遵循交通規(guī)則。

We should follow his advice. 我們應該聽他的勸告。

He followed his sister’s example and went to college. 他效仿他的姐姐也進了大學。

Follow this road until you get to the corner, then turnleft. 沒著這條路走到拐角處，然后向左拐。
