形容詞anxious的用法與搭配

1. 表示“擔(dān)心的”“焦慮的”，其后通常接介詞 about, for。如：

We’re anxious about [for] her health. 我們擔(dān)心她的健康。

He was anxious for his family, who were traveling abroad. 他擔(dān)心在國(guó)外旅行的家人。

2. 表示“熱切的”“渴望的”，其后通常接介詞 for。如：

Lily has been most anxious for your return. 莉麗非常急切地盼望你回來。

be anxious for 既可表示“為……擔(dān)心”，也可表示“渴望得到……”，具體含義視語境而定。

3. 表示渴望或想要做某事，其后接不定式。如：

We are anxious to know the result. 我們渴望知道結(jié)果。

有時(shí)不定式前帶有由介詞for引出的邏輯主語。如：(www.hz123456.com)

She’s anxious for her daughter to win the competition. 她盼望她女兒贏得比賽。

He was anxious for the performance to be repeated. 他盼望演出能再來一次。

4. 有時(shí)后接 that 從句，此時(shí)從句謂語一般都用“should+動(dòng)詞原形”這樣的虛擬語氣。如：

I’m anxious that nobody should be hurt. 我很著急，希望大家都不會(huì)受傷。

The committee is anxious that this matter should be kept secret. 委員會(huì)切望這件事保密。
