在語法網里看到上邊這句話，that是在括號中的也就是說它是可以省略掉的，那么什么情況下that可以省略掉呢？
例如: 下邊這兩句話也是來源于上述文章但是that就沒有在括號中。
You can put it that it was arranged before. 你可以說這是以前安排的。
Rumor has it that the defence minister will soon resign. 據傳聞，國防部長不久就要辭職
There was no doubt about it ,she was a fine teacher.
Though no one knew it , it was the last time he would be present at the bank .
這里需不需要that呢？這兩句話是正確的嗎？

非要用語法術語來解釋這句的話，我覺得可以把這句看作是同位語從句，之所以用逗號，在這里只不過起到一個解釋說明的作用，并不強調。
2.Though no one knew it , it was the last time he would be present at the bank .
此句不是有連接詞Though 嗎？Though no one knew it為讓步狀語從句，盡管沒人知道........

對于句子：There was no doubt about it，she was a fine teacher. 我個人認為可將There was no doubt about it 分析為插入語，意思是“毫無疑問”，全句意為：毫無疑問，她是位不錯的老師。
比較：He went to the meeting and, what was worse, insisted on speaking. 他去參加了會議。更糟糕的是，還堅持要發言。（句中的what was worse也是插入語）
對于句子：Though no one knew it, it was the last time he would be present at the bank.

只是插入語的定義經常不太一樣，有的把句首的介詞短語狀語也叫插入語。而且不管叫什么最根到底這是用逗號連接兩個句子，這個在逗號的用法里明確認為是不可以的。不知道是逗號的用法說的run on應該有例外情況，還是這個句子另有分析。

我剛查了薄冰語法他也說可以用逗號連接兩個句子，但可惜他沒有舉例子也沒有詳細解說這個問題。
