▲2. 查閱詞典，在介詞條目下，on 并沒有表示“繼續”的用法，而是跟某些動詞連用，引出所進行的活動，特別在旅行方面。意為“處于...情況中，在從事…中”（We use on to introduce an activity that someone is doing, particularly travelling. ）。這說明，介詞on雖然可以跟 go 連用，但不表示“繼續”，而是“從事于某中活動”。例如：　　

go on a holiday

I'd love to go on a holiday but I can't afford the time. 我倒想去度假,可是抽不出時間來。　　

go on a trip　　

As the day was fine, they decided to go on a trip. 由于天氣好,他們決定作一次短途旅行。

go on with 結構，如果認為 on 是表“繼續”的介詞，那么，go on with 中的 with豈不多余？　　

go on to do 結構，如果認為 on 是表“繼續”的介詞，那么，后面能跟不定式to do嗎？　　

三個短語中，on 都表達“繼續”之意。前兩個 on  是副詞，go on doing 中，on 能改變詞性嗎？
