關(guān)閉窗口 如果要表示從句中的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)延續(xù)至今，就應(yīng)該用持續(xù)性動(dòng)詞的現(xiàn)在完成時(shí), 而不用一般過去時(shí)：

但個(gè)別時(shí)候有例外：即持續(xù)性動(dòng)詞或狀態(tài)動(dòng)詞的一般過去時(shí)也可以表示動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在(多半有ever修飾)：
I’ve known her ever since I was a child. 自孩提時(shí)代起我就已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)她了。

此題應(yīng)選B。容易誤選A。因 send在漢語中意為“送”, 而此意剛好與本題相符, 所以有的考生毫不猶豫地選了A。
其實(shí), send表示的“送”, 與漢語中的“送”并不完全同義, 因?yàn)闈h語中的“送”既可以表示自已親自送, 也可以指請(qǐng)人或通過某種手段間接地送;而英語中的send 通常只表示間接地送, 而不能指自己親自送。
你每天送他兒子上學(xué)。
誤：He sends his son to school every day.
正：He takes his son to school every day.
今天下午我將親自把書送到你家里。
誤：I’ll send the book to your house myself this afternoon.
正：I’ll bring the book to your house myself this afternoon.
Will you send my breakfast up, please?
誤：請(qǐng)你把我的早飯送上來。
正：請(qǐng)你叫人把我的早飯送上來好嗎?
Who sent you to me?
誤：是誰送你到我這來的?
正：是誰派你來找我的?
I’m too busy, and I’ll send it.
誤：我太忙了, 我要把它送去。
正：我太忙了, 我要把它寄去(或派人送去)。

其實(shí)此題應(yīng)選A。因?yàn)?/FONT> anything but 是一個(gè)習(xí)語, 意為“根本不是”或“一點(diǎn)也不”, 可用于人或事物。如：
Her father was anything but a poet. 她父親根本不是詩人(即你說他是什么都行, 就是不能說他是詩人)。
My income is anything but large. 我的收入絕對(duì)不算多。
His visit to
I know him well. He will do anything but that. 我了解他, 他決不會(huì)干那種事。
Such a man was anything but a hero. 那樣的人絕不算英雄。
類似地, nothing but(意為：只有……, 只不過) 也有類似用法：
There was nothing but an old table in the room. 房間里只有一張舊桌子。
Don’t have him for a friend. He is nothing but acheat. 不要和他交朋友, 他是個(gè)騙子。
The man you talked to just now was nothing buta thief. 剛才同你講話的那個(gè)人是個(gè)賊。
