此題應選C。容易誤選B。稍有點英語基礎的人都知道英語中有這樣一個習慣：當主句為一般將來時或含有將來含義時, 其時間狀語從句、條件狀語從句、讓步狀語從句等, 通常要用一般現在時表示將來意義。所以考生一見到此句, 就不加思索地認為應選B。
其實, 句中的if引導的不是條件狀語從句(if≠如果), 而是賓語從句(if＝是否), 句意為：我不知道明天是否會下雨。

此題應選 D。容易誤選 A。其實此題也可將詞序改為：
He says that he will certainly counterattack ifhe’s attacked. 他說他若受到攻擊, 他一定會反擊。
按照語法規則：當主句與賓語從句之間插有其它成分時引導賓語從句的that通常不能省略。如：
她答應要是誰找到他的兒子, 她會給他一大筆錢。
正：She promised (that) she would give him a lot of money if anyone found her son.
正：She promised that if anyone found her son she would give him a lot of money
誤：She promised if anyone found her son she would give him a lot of money
他說等他妻子回來, 他就離開。
正：He said (that) he would leave when his wife came back.
正：He said that when his wife came back he would leave.
誤：He said when his wife came back he would leave.
她在信上說她愛我。
正：She said (that) she loved me in the letter.
正：She said in the letter that she loved me.
誤：She said in the letter she loved me.
