2. 復數人稱代詞的排列, 通常是一、二、三：

We, you and they are all good citizens. 我們, 你們和他們都是好公民。

We, you and they can go together. 我們, 你們和他們可以一起去。

3. 第三人稱單數男女并排時, 通常是男先女后：

Nobody wanted to go except him and her. 除了他和她外, 沒有一個人想去。

4. 當要承擔責任或涉及不好事件時, 通常是一、三、二：

I, he and you will be punished for doing that. 我, 他和你都要因做這事而受懲罰。

I, he and you made the mistakes. 這些錯誤是我, 他和你犯下的。

16. “名詞＋to do”還是“名詞＋of doing”

此題應選D。其余幾項均有可能被選錯。

英語中有些名詞, 當要后接動詞, 表示“……的”這樣的意思時, 按照各詞的搭配習慣, 有的名詞后要接不定式, 有的名詞后要接of＋動名詞, 而有的則用兩種結構都可以。

1. 通�？山硬欢ㄊ�(作定語)的名詞有：time(時間), wish

(想法), courage(勇氣), decision(決定), ambition(雄心)等：

It’s time to go to bed. 是睡覺的時候了。

I have no wish to go. 我不想去。

2. 通�？山�of+動名詞(作定語)的名詞有：habit(習慣), idea(想法), hope(希望), danger(危險), possibility(可能性)等：

I have no hope of going. 我沒有去的希望。

He has the habit of smoking. 他有吸煙的習慣。

3. 可接以上兩種結構的名詞有：chance(機會), right(權利), way(方法), opportunity(機會), intention(意圖)等：

這是做此事的最好的辦法。

正：This is the best way to do it.

正：This is the best way of doing it.

我希望有個出國的機會。

正：I wish to have a chance to go abroad.

正：I wish to have a chance of going abroad.

17. 能說marry with sb嗎

a. She married ______ a pop singer.

b. She was married ______ a pop singer.

此題應選A。其余幾項均可能被誤選。

有的考生認為, 按漢語意思“她同某人結婚”, 英語就應該用介詞with。

其實英語中的marry是一個及物動詞, 它的意思就是“同……結婚”, 所以要表示“同某人結婚”, 通常只用marry sb即可, 無需使用任何介詞：

He married a nurse. 他同一個護士結了婚。

She married her teacher. 她同她的老師結了婚。

但是值得注意的是：

1. be married to sb 同某人結婚(要用介詞to, 但仍不能按漢語意思用介詞with)：

He was married to his cousin. 他同他表妹結了婚。

She was married to an American professor. 她同一位美國教授結了婚。

2. get married to sb 同某人結婚(要用介詞to, 但仍不能按漢語意思用介詞with)：

He got married to my sister. 他同我姐姐結了婚。

When did he get married to her? 他是什么時候同她結的婚?

以上兩結構的差別在于：be married (to) 側重于狀態, 可以持續；而get married (to) 側重于動作, 不能持續：

He has been married [不用 got married] for sevenyears. 他結婚七年了。
