20. Anyone can’t do it. 合習慣嗎

此題應選A。很容易誤選B。按漢語的表達習慣, 此句可理解為“這事太難了, 恐怕任何人都干不了”。所以有的考生套此意思選用了anyone can’t這一答案。

但是按英語的習慣：像any, anyone, anything, either等這類非肯定詞只能出現在否定詞之后, 而不能出現在其前：

1. 以下各句是對的, 因為any, either等非肯定詞出現在否定詞(not)之后：

He can’t do any work. 他不能干任何工作。

I don’t think either is rigth. 我想兩個都不對。

2. 以下各個錯句錯的原因就是any, either等非肯定詞放在否定詞(not)之前：

誤：Anyone [Anybody] can’t do it.

正：No one [Nobody] can do it.

誤：Any friend of mine knows no French.

正：None of my friends know French.

什么也不能阻擋我去。

誤：Anything cannot prevent me from going.

正：Nothing can prevent me from going.

這兩部汽車都不便宜。

誤：Either of the two cars is not cheap.

正：Neither of the two cars is cheap.

21. 注意分清是特殊疑問句還是一般疑問句

此題應選C。其余三項都可能被誤選。關于這個問題, 請注意以下兩類句型：

1. 疑問詞＋do you think (believe, imagine, suppose, guess, etc)＋主語＋謂語＋其它?(譯成中文通常可在句末加上一個“呢”字)：

Who do you think that man is? 你認為那個人是誰?

What do you think we should say at the meeting? 你認為我們在會上應說些什么呢?

Do you know who that man is? 你知道那個人是誰嗎?

Do you know when he left here? 你知道他是什么時候離開這里的嗎?

Do you hear when he will come back? 你聽說他什么時候會回來嗎?

Did you ask why he had left so soon? 你問過他為什么那么快就離開嗎?

Did you tell her who he was? 你告訴了她他是誰嗎?

22. much too還是too much

此題應選B。此題主要涉及too much和much too的區別：

1. much too是too的強勢語, 用法與too相同：

He is much too busy to see visitors. 他太忙, 不能會見客人。

The coat I bought yesterday was much too large. 我昨天買的那件衣服太大了。
