此題應(yīng)選A, 其余幾項(xiàng)欠妥。這里涉及否定轉(zhuǎn)移問題：

1. 當(dāng) I (We) think (believe, suppose...)之后的that從句是一個(gè)否定式句時(shí), 通常要將否定轉(zhuǎn)移到主句：

We don’t think he is wrong. 我們認(rèn)為他沒有錯(cuò)。

I don’t believe he is a thief. 我相信他不是賊。

I don’t suppose he will come. 他想他不會(huì)來。

有人認(rèn)為, 以上結(jié)構(gòu)若把否定放在從句上, 從語法角度看也沒有錯(cuò), 只是語氣比較生硬, 所以人們習(xí)慣上不那樣用。

正：I hope she doesn’t dislike the flowers.

誤：I don’t hope she dislikes the flowers.

3. 在簡略的否定答語中, 也要分兩種情況：

(1) 對(duì)于think, believe, suppose等, 通常有兩種情況：

—Is it raining this evening? 今晚會(huì)下雨嗎?

—I don’t suppose so. / I suppose not. 我看不會(huì)。

(2) 對(duì)于hope, 只有一種情況：

—Will he come? 他會(huì)來嗎?

—I hope not. 我希望他不來。(誤：I don’t hope so)

6. “瞎眼”和“跛腳”, 表達(dá)習(xí)慣如何

此題應(yīng)選C。容易誤選A。

正：He is blind in [of] both eyes.

誤：His eyes are blind.

誤：He is blind with both eyes.

這只貓右眼是瞎的。

正：The cat is blind in the right eye.

誤：The cat’s right eye is blind.

類似地, 表示“跛腳”或“瘸腳”時(shí), 一般不以leg, foot等作主語, 而要以人或動(dòng)物作主語, 并在形容詞lame后用介詞in [of]：

這匹馬左腳是跛的。

正：The horse is lame in the left foot.

誤：The horse’s left foot is lame.

他有一只腳是跛的.

正：He is lame in [of] one leg.

誤：One of his legs is lame.

誤：He is lame with one leg.
