2. THE “IMPORTANT” GROUP These adjectives indicate that something is important. THE “INTERESTING” GROUP These adjectives indicate that something is interesting, unusual, or (1) amazing 令人驚詫的;讓人難以相信的 It is amazing to me that he conducted his business dealings this way for years. (2) astonishing 令人驚訝的 It is astonishing to me that the state Board of Education is allowed such sweeping power!
